Jet2.com B733 near Manchester on Oct 12th 2014, "merry" door

A Jet2.com Boeing 737-300, registration G-CELH performing flight LS-831 from Manchester,EN (UK) to Palma Mallorca,SP (Spain), was climbing out of Manchester when one of the cabin doors started to "merrily" whistle. The crew stopped the climb at FL230 and returned to Manchester for a safe landing about 55 minutes after departure.

The airline reported the aircraft returned for passenger comfort.

A replacement Boeing 737-300 registration G-GDFG reached Palma Mallorca with a delay of 2.5 hours.
