Expressjet E145 at Louisville on Oct 2nd 2014, blew nose wheel tyre on departure

An Expressjet Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of United, registration N11109 performing flight EV-4541/UA-4541 from Louisville,KY to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA), departed Louisville's runway 17L. After contacting departure the crew reported they had a "little issue going on" and requested to level off at 5000 feet. The crew subsequently declared emergency reporting they probably blew a nose gear tyre on departure. The aircraft returned to Louisville for a safe landing on runway 17R. Attending emergency services reported the left nose gear looked okay, there was no damage on the gear doors or fuselage. The crew subsequently taxied the aircraft to the apron.

A passenger reported the crew announced a problem with the gear on takeoff.
