Ethiopian B752 near Khartoum on Jan 23rd 2014, loss of cabin pressure

An Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration ET-AMU performing flight ET-715 (dep Jan 22nd) from Stockholm (Sweden) to Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), was enroute at FL390 near Khartoum (Sudan) when the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL100 due to the loss of cabin pressure, passenger oxygen masks were released. The aircraft diverted to Khartoum for a safe landing.

A passenger reported they spent the night in Khartoum and were booked onto a flight to Addis Ababa the following day.
