Perimeter DH8C near Winnipeg on Oct 3rd 2014, engine shut down in flight

A Perimeter Aviation de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration C-GJYZ performing flight 4B-622 from Theresa Point,MB to Winnipeg,MB (Canada) with 18 people on board, was enroute at FL220 about 100nm north of Winnipeg when the crew noticed an intermittent engine oil pressure light for the right hand engine (PW123) and fluctuations on the oil pressure guage around 55psi. A short time later the pressure began to decrease causing the oil pressure warning light to illuminate more frequently prompting the crew to feather the propeller and shut the engine down. The aircraft continued to Winnipeg for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified a leaking oil cooler assembly on the right hand engine. The oil cooler was replaced.
