PAL Express A320 at Manila on Sep 23rd 2014, could not fully retract landing gear

A PAL Express Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C8393 performing flight 2P-2811 from Manila to Davao (Philippines) with 180 people on board, was climbing out of Manila's runway 24 when the crew did not receive indication of the gear having fully retracted and locked up. The aircraft stopped the climb at 7000 feet and returned to Manila's runway 24 about 30 minutes after departure.

The occurrence aircraft was able to depart again about 90 minutes later and reached Davao with a delay of 90 minutes.
