Horizon DH8D near Pasco on Nov 13th 2014, cabin pressure problems

A Horizon Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration N451QX performing flight QX-2133 from Boise,ID to Seattle,WA (USA) with 76 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing through FL235 out of Boise when the crew descended the aircraft again to 10,000 feet due to problems with the cabin pressure levelling off at 10,000 feet 13 minutes later (about 1000 fpm average rate of descent). The aircraft subsequently diverted to Pasco,WA (USA) for a safe landing.

A replacement Dash 8-400 reached Seattle with a delay of 3 hours.
