Expressjet E145 at Dallas on Feb 23rd 2014, engine damage

An Expressjet Embraer ERJ-145 on behalf of United, registration N14203 performing flight EV-4518/UA-4518 from Cleveland,OH to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA), completed a seemingly uneventful flight with a safe landing at Dallas Ft. Worth Airport.

The FAA reported however, that a post flight inspection revealed damage to the left hand engine's (Ae3007) fan blades.
