British Airways B763 over North Sea on Feb 19th 2014, cracked windshield
A British Airways Boeing 767-300, registration G-BNWB performing flight BA-780 from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Stockholm (Sweden), was enroute at FL370 over the North Sea when the outer pane of the captain's windshield cracked. The crew decided to return to London, performed a normal descent and landed safely on Heathrow's runway 27L about 40 minutes later.
The flight was cancelled.
