Austral E190 at Montevideo on Jun 8th 2014, rejected takeoff

An Austral Embraer ERJ-190 on behalf of Aerolineas Argentinas, registration LV-CID performing flight AR-2381 from Montevideo (Uruguay) to Buenos Aires Aeroparque,BA (Argentina), was accelerating for takeoff from Montevideo's runway 06 when the aircraft went through a flock of birds and ingested birds into the right hand engine (CF34). The crew rejected takeoff at high speed and slowed the aircraft safely.

The flight was cancelled.
