Aurora DH8C at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on May 22nd 2014, hydraulic failure

An Aurora de Havilland Dash 8-300, flight HZ-799 from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Kunashir Island (Russia) with 48 passengers, was climbing out of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk when the crew received indication of the failure of the left hand hydraulic system and decided to return to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.
