Aeromexico B763 at Mexico City on Jan 30th 2014, flaps problems

An Aeromexico Boeing 767-300, registration XA-MAT performing flight AM-173 from Tijuana to Mexico City (Mexico), was on approach to Mexico City when the crew reported a flaps problem. The aircraft entered a hold to work the relevant checklists and performed a safe landing at a rather normal speed about 30 minutes later.
