Aeroflot SU95 at Magnitogorsk on Dec 5th 2013, unsafe gear after departure

An Aeroflot Sukhoi Superjet 100-95, registration RA-89009 performing flight SU-1429 from Magnitogorsk to Moscow Sheremetyevo (Russia) with 48 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Magnitogorsk when the crew stopped the climb at FL170 due to an unsafe indication for the left main gear and decided to divert to Chelyabinsk (Russia) for a safe landing on runway 27 about 30 minutes after departure from Magnitogorsk.

The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto other flights.
