Yamal CRJ2 at Tyumen on Dec 30th 2013, unsafe gear after departure

A Yamal Airlines Canadair CRJ-200, flight YL-811 from Tyumen to St. Petersburg (Russia) with 49 people on board, could not completely retract the landing gear after departure from Tyumen and returned to Tyumen for a safe landing.

The flight reached St. Petersburg with a delay of 4 hours.
