Skywest CRJ2 at Milwaukee on Nov 7th 2014, nose wheel damage on landing

A Skywest Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of United, registration N652BR performing flight OO-5299/UA-5299 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Milwaukee,WI (USA), landed on Milwaukee's runway 19R when the crew reported a concrete block, possibly from the side of the runway, on the runway. The aircraft taxied to the apron without further incident.

The FAA reported the CRJ-2 received damage to a nose wheel.
