Regional 1 DH8A near Grande Prairie on Jun 19th 2014, engine shut down in flight

A Regional 1 Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-FRIB performing flight TSH-115 from Fort Nelson,BC to Grande Prairie,AB (Canada) with 25 people on board, was descending towards Grande Prairie when the aircraft encountered extreme vibrations from the right hand engine (PW120A). The flight attendant reported seeing flames from the right hand engine exhaust. The crew shut the engine down, declared emergency and continued for a safe landing on Grande Prairie's runway 25. The aircraft stopped on the runway and shut down for inspection by emergency services. Following the inspection the aircraft vacated the runway on own power.
