LAN B763 near Santiago on Jul 6th 2014, cabin did not pressurize

A LAN Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration CC-BDC performing flight LA-3572 from Santiago (Chile) to Bogota (Colombia), was climbing out of Santiago when the crew stopped the climb at FL240 due to the cabin not pressurizing properly, initiated a rapid descent to FL100 and decided to return to Santiago, where the aircraft landed safely about 105 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 767-300 registration CC-CXJ reached Bogota with a delay of 12.5 hours.
