Jetstar A320 at Sydney on Jul 28th 2014, departed with incorrect takeoff configuration

A Jetstar Airways Airbus A320-200, registration VH-VFU performing flight JQ-766 from Sydney,NS to Adelaide,SA (Australia), was preparing for departure from Sydney's runway 34L when the crew inadvertently selected a wrong slats/flaps settings. The aircraft subsequently took off with the incorrect slats/flaps setting and continued for a safe landing in Adelaide.

Australia's TSB have opened a investigation into the occurrence rated an incident.
