Germanwings A319 at Berlin on Sep 11th 2014, rejected takeoff

A Germanwings Airbus A319-100, registration D-AKNU performing flight 4U-2007 from Berlin Tegel to Stuttgart (Germany), was accelerating for takeoff when the crew rejected takeoff at low speed, returned to the holding point and departed about 10 minutes later. The aircraft landed safely in Stuttgart a few minutes past schedule.

A passenger reported the captain explained a cockpit window had not been "exactly closed".
