Ethiopian B788 near Rome on Apr 21st 2014, cracked windshield

An Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 787-800, registration ET-AOO performing flight ET-500 from Rome Fiumicino (Italy) to Washington Dulles,DC (USA), was enroute at FL380 about 150nm northwest of Rome when the right hand windscreen cracked promting the crew to return to Rome. The aircraft dumped fuel and landed safely at Fiumicino Airport about 75 minutes later.
