El Al B738 near Dalaman on May 14th 2014, cracked windshield

An El Al Boeing 737-800, registration 4X-EKF performing flight LY-333 from Tel Aviv (Israel) to Brussels (Belgium), was enroute at FL340 about 80nm south of Dalaman (Turkey) when the crew descended the aircraft to FL250 reporting a cracked windshield and decided to return to Tel Aviv, where the aircraft landed safely about 90 minutes later.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration 4X-EKP reached Brussels with a delay of 4:40 hours.

A passenger reported about 90 minutes into the flight the crew announced a windshield had cracked and they needed to return to Tel Aviv.
