Algerie AT72 at Constantine on Sep 6th 2014, engine fire indication
An Air Algerie Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, flight AH-6027 from Constantine to Algiers (Algeria) with 61 people on board, was climbing out of Constantine when the crew decided to return to Constantine reporting an engine fire indication. The aircraft landed safely back about 10 minutes after departure. Emergency services found that a right hand main tyre had received damage, too.
The airline confirmed technical problems as cause of the return.
