Air Canada A321 at Los Angeles on Jan 18th 2014, airframe vibrations

An Air Canada Airbus A321-200, registration C-GJVX performing flight AC-796 from Los Angeles,CA (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 104 people on board, was climbing through FL270 out of Los Angeles when the crew declared PAN reporting unusual airframe vibrations. The aircraft returned to Los Angeles for a safe landing about 25 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced the #1 Elevator/Aileron Control Unit.
