Jazz DH8D at Edmonton on Nov 6th 2014, right main gear collapse on landing, runway excursion

A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GGBF performing flight QK-8481 from Calgary,AB to Grande Prairie,AB (Canada) with 71 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing out of Calgary when the crew stopped the climb at 4000 feet due to a technical problem. The crew subsequently decided to divert to Edmonton due to cross winds at Calgary, climbed the aircraft to 13,000 feet and positioned for a landing on Edmonton's runway 02. The aircraft came to a stop off the right hand side of the runway with the right hand gear collapsed resting on its nose gear, left main gear and the right hand wing tip. Three passengers received minor injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

Canada's Transportation Safety Board have dispatched a team of investigators to Edmonton to investigate a landing incident.
