Serbia A319 at Zurich on Oct 17th 2014, engine shut down in flight

An Air Serbia Airbus A319-100, registration YU-APA performing flight JU-371 from Zurich (Switzerland) to Belgrade (Serbia), departed Zurich's runway 32 and was climbing through about 3800 feet when the crew requested an immediate priority return to Zurich reporting they had a problem with the right hand engine (V2524). The aircraft levelled off at 7000 feet, the crew reported the engine was shut down and returned to Zurich. Another approach on a 3nm final to runway 28 was instructed to go around to facilitate the emergency. The aircraft landed safely on runway 28 about 13 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 737-300 registration YU-ANK reached Belgrade with a delay of 6 hours.
