Sata A313 near Ponta Delgada on Sep 13th 2014, cabin did not pressurize

A Sata Airbus A310-300, registration CS-TGU performing flight S4-323 from Ponta Delgada (Portugal) to Toronto,ON (Canada), was climbing out of Ponta Delgada when the crew stopped the climb at FL070 due to problems with the cabin pressure. The aircraft burned off fuel for about 2.5 hours and returned to Ponta Delgada for a safe landing about 3 hours after departure.

A replacement Airbus A310-300 registration CS-TKM reached Toronto with a delay of 5 hours.

The airline confirmed a problem with the cabin pressure.
