LAN A320 near San Jose on Jul 26th 2014, generator failure

A LAN Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration CC-BAG performing flight LA-2599 from Cancun (Mexico) to Lima (Peru) with 169 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL330 about 90nm northwest of San Jose (Costa Rica) when the crew declared PAN PAN reporting one generator had failed and the APU generator was not available, so that they were down to one generator only. The aircraft diverted to San Jose, entered a hold at 10,000 feet to burn off fuel and landed safely on San Jose's runway 07 about one hour after leaving FL330.
