Jazz DH8A at La Baie on Jan 5th 2014, engine shut down in flight

A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-GJSX performing flight QK-8683 from La Baie,QC to Montreal,QC (Canada) with 37 people on board, was climbing out of La Baie (Bagotville) when the right hand engine's (PW120A) torque rolled back uncommandedly. The crew shut the engine down, levelled off at 4000 feet and returned to La Baie for a safe landing about 25 minutes after departure.
