Finnair A319 at Brussels on Mar 25th 2014, hydraulic failure

A Finnair Airbus A319-100, registration OH-LVB performing flight AY-818 from Brussels (Belgium) to Helsinki (Finland) with 111 people on board, was climbing out of Brussels when the crew stopped the climb at FL170 reporting they had a failure of the green hydraulic system and lost nose wheel steering, some brakes and other systems and needed to be towed off the runway after landing. They would return to Brussels, entered a hold to work the related checklists and subsequently returned to Brussels for a safe landing on runway 01 about 40 minutes after departure. The aircraft was towed to the apron.

The flight was cancelled.
