Fedex MD11 at Salt Lake City on Nov 6th 2014, bird strike

A Fedex Federal Express McDonnell Douglas MD-11, registration N644FE performing flight FX-1430 from Memphis,TN to Salt Lake City,UT (USA), was on final approach to Salt Lake City's runway 16L when two geese impacted the aircraft. The crew continued for a safe landing on runway 16L and taxied to the apron.

The FAA reported the aircraft sustained damage to the radome and the captain's high window rating the occurrence an incident.
