Etihad A332 at Kuala Lumpur on Jun 23rd 2014, rejected takeoff
An Etihad Airways Airbus A330-200, registration A6-EYS performing flight EY-411 from Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), was accelerating for takeoff when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed after a nose gear tyre burst. The aircraft slowed safely and returned to the apron.
After the tyre was replaced the aircraft was able to depart and reached Abu Dhabi with a delay of 5:20 hours.
