OCC Officer / Flight Dispatcher – JetCare GmbH, Hybrid

JetCare GmbH is a Swiss Operations Control Centre providing outsourced flight dispatch and operational control to corporate, private and commercial (AOC) operators across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. We act as an extension of our clients’ own operations departments, and our clients rely on discreet, precise and dependable operational support around the clock.

As our team grows, we are looking for two OCC Officers to join our operations department. Remote or hybrid work is possible.

The Role

You will take ownership of missions from first request to final invoice. You will work closely with crews, handlers, fuel suppliers and authorities to ensure every flight operates safely, on time and in full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Flight planning and dispatch, including route and fuel planning, ATC flight plan filing and slot management through Eurocontrol NM
• Real-time flight monitoring and coordination of delays, diversions, technical issues and other operational disruptions
• Obtaining overflight and landing permits worldwide, including customs and immigration requirements (GAR, CBP and equivalent)
• Arranging ground handling, fuel uplift, catering, hotel accommodation and crew transport
• Preparing crew briefing packages covering weather, NOTAM, airport and route information
• Monitoring crew flight duty and rest periods against the applicable FTL schemes
• Maintaining accurate mission records, documentation and correspondence in line with company procedures
• Supporting trip cost estimates, supplier invoice checks and fuel price management
• Ensuring structured shift handovers and continuity of operations within a 24/7 duty roster

Requirements

• Flight Dispatcher licence or certificate compliant with ICAO Annex 1
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an OCC, flight dispatch or trip support role, ideally in business aviation
• Sound knowledge of EASA Air Ops (Part-ORO, Part-CAT, Part-NCC), FTL and international permit requirements
• Hands-on experience with Eurocontrol NM tools and flight planning software
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and on-call duty
• Calm under pressure, highly organised and service minded, with excellent attention to detail and absolute discretion

Considered an Advantage

• Experience with Leon, Skylegs, FL3XX or similar flight operations systems
• Experience with long range business jets (Global, Falcon, BBJ/ACJ) or airline narrowbody operations
• Experience with permits for Africa, the Middle East and the CIS region
• Background in ground operations, crew control or as a pilot
