Short Job description:

• Employment Type: B2B, Contract of Employment, Contract of Mandate

• Location: Remote

• Flexible working hours: You can start between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Distance learning product about:

  • Airplanes (Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737),

  • Theory (ATPL, PPL, N-VFR, MEP(L),

  • General Aviation Subjects (CRM, CWO, DG),

• Following EASA regulations but also complying with aviation standards globally such as ICAO, FAA, and IATA.

• Develop agilely – we work in small, interdisciplinary, self-organized teams.

Responsibilities:

• Developing training scenarios (e-learning and m-learning) for pilots based on technical aviation documentation and professional learning materials.

• Following team game plans and supporting goals (we work with OKRs).

• Being agile! You are a Scrum rituals enthusiast and take an active part in them.

• Focusing on user needs, meeting project deadlines, and estimating risk.

• Making communication crystal clear and transparent.

• Researching and implementing new learning development approaches which help our users boost their knowledge!

Ideal Candidates:

• Has an engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, other closely related, or pilot's license.

• Has excellent English skills (C1) and can read and comprehend technical documentation in English.

• Is capable of logical thinking and creative problem-solving.

• Is interested in new technologies and has good software skills.

• Is available for at least 30 hours a week.

• Is an aviation enthusiast!
