As a Customer Success Specialist,
you will play a key role in shaping our products while ensuring the success of our clients. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of activities – from customer relationship management to collaboration with product teams, analyzing user feedback, and driving product improvements.
Responsibilities:
Product Development Collaboration:
Participate in product vision and strategy meetings to share insights based on customer feedback.
Present proposals for product changes in collaboration with Product Managers.
Validate user stories and define use cases based on user insights.
Organize tasks for the development team and participate in product refinement meetings.
Customer Management:
Handle support tickets of low to medium complexity.
Onboard new customers to our platforms (Best Pilot – Flight Training Management Software, Aviation E-learning – CBTs, and Weight & Balance), in collaboration with other Customer Success Specialists, the Product Growth Manager, and Team Leaders.
Prepare monthly reports on product usage.
Organize and conduct client meetings.
Product Expertise:
Train stakeholders on product functionalities.
Manage the FAQ sections of Evionica’s products together with Product Managers.
Collaborate on the creation of mailings, social media content, and other communication materials.
Contribute to website updates and reviews.
What makes you a great candidate for this role?
Previous experience in Customer Support.
Good knowledge of business software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and optionally Pipedrive.
Fluent use of CRM systems – experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Strong time and task management skills.
Proactive and initiative-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient English (C1/C2) enabling professional communication with international clients.
Experience in the aviation industry.
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Evionica’s products.
